First of all Corporeal Beast is a good way to make money just like any other boss.
But however there are steps to killing them

Step 1:Gear

Torva Helm>Statius Helm>Helm of Netz
Ganodermic Pancho>Morg Body>Black D'hide Body
Ganodermic Leggings>Morg Chaps>Black D'hide CHaps
Steadfast Boots>Dragon Boots
Competionist Cape>Tok-Haar-Kal>Fire Cape
Arcane Stream Necklace>Fury
Golaith Gloves
Zamorak Spear
Armadyl Godsword-Spec weapon

Step 2:Supplies
1 Ovl
2-3 Super Restores
26-25 Rock-Tials

Step 3:Prayer
1 Protect Melee
2)Berserker
3)Turmoil
You don't need to worry about pray mage cause your armour will deflect or absorb most of the mage dmg the corp hit.
However ocasionally the corp may hit mage dmg don't panick just eat and continue soloing

Step 4:Pick up loot and gtfo.
Sometimes you can get lucky and get a Sigil or Regen Bracelet <3
