Hello and welcome to my Bandos farming guide!
Ok I would like to tell you what i think would be required to kill General Graador while tanking the minies.
Step 1. The stats
I highly recommend 99 str to make killing Graardor much quicker.
You will need 99 str or 90.
80 attack or higher (You decide).
80 defence+
Step 2. The gear
Slayer full helmet>Helmet of Neitiznot>Torva Helm
Rune platebody>Dragon platebody>Bandos Chestplate>Torva Platebody
Rune platelegs>Dragon plateleg>Bandos Tassets>Torva Platelegs
Strength Amulet>Amulet of fury
Bandos Boots>Dragon boots>Steadfast Boots
Flameburst Defender>Dragon Defender>Divine Spirit Shield
Abyssal Whip>Abyssal Vine Whip>Chaotic Rapier>Chaotic Longsword
Culinaromancer's Gloves 10>Goliath Gloves
Dragon Dagger>Armadyl Godsword>Dragon Claws
Fire Cape>Tokhaar-Kal> Completionist Cape
Berserker Ring(or your ring of choice)

Step 3. The supplies
Overload or a full set of Super Strength Defence and Attack
3 Prayer pots or Super Restores
A spec weapon
The rest Sharks and Rocktails
And 1 Spec Recovery
Step 4. What to do and what to pray
In order to do a good run you need to get 95 or 99 Prayer.
You will pray Melee to kill Graardor then when you kill him you would want to Pray Range or Magic I prefer Magic since you have no soak for it. Now, you would go for the Ranger he can hit 100-190 depending on your gear. You can go for the Mager and and finally the Meleer.
I learned that the Minies tend to drop the gear more often than Graardor. Good luck and have fun feel free to repeat my guide all you want to get your full Bandos.
